Minutes of Selectmen Meeting
February 7, 2000
Present: Judy Murdoch, Cathy Kuchinski and Stephanie McSweeney
Winn Davis also present
7:35 p.m. Vice-Chairman Murdoch called meeting to order. The meeting was posted for this evening to address contract negotiations for the employment agreement for Mr. Davis as Executive secretary to the Board of Selectmen. Murdoch noted points were discussed the previous Thursday by Davis, Webster and Murdoch.
7:40 p.m. MOTION by McSweeney, second by Kuchinski to enter Executive Session for the purpose of contact negotiations of a non-union personnel - Exemption #3 for review of employment agreement between Town and E. Winn Davis.
Roll call - McSweeney aye, Kuchinski aye, and Murdoch aye. Voted 3 - 0.
8:15 p.m. Returned to open session
MOTION by Cathy Kuchinski, second by Stephanie McSweeney to adjourn. Voted 3 - 0 to adjourn.
